Ronald McDonald visits Pt England School

Today Ronald McDonald visited Pt England School.  He had a great story to tell us about road safety and left us with a great song to practice to remind us about keeping safe when crossing the road:

STOP, LOOK and LISTEN when you cross the street.
Use your eyes, use your ears BEFORE you use your feet.


All of Room 19 really enjoyed the visit, and it was a fun way to reinforce this important message!

    Kia ora Room 19. The Ronald McDonald Road Safety show is cool. I liked it when he came to my old school. I am glad you shared the important message. Stop, look, listen. Safe travels Room 19.

    I hope you all remember to STOP, LOOK, and LISTEN before you cross the street using your ears and eyes before you use your feet. You will be able to share what you have learnt from Ronald McDonald with your parents, grandparents, friends and younger brothers and sisters.
